Our Story
Frango Da Mouraria was born in the back-streets of Lisbon, where the smell of charcoal and piri-piri drifts out of every doorway. We grew up in those kitchens — turning chickens over open flame, stirring sauces with our grandmothers, learning that great food is patience plus fire.
Today we blend that churrasqueira heritage with the bold freshness of the Mediterranean and a touch of Turkish spice. The result is honest, generous food: charred where it should be, juicy where it counts, and made to be shared.
